Submission
The Scientific Committee of ICPRP 2022 is delighted to invite the submission of original abstracts for either oral or poster presentation. Submitted abstracts will undergo peer review, and accepted ones will have the opportunity to be presented as oral or poster presentations. All accepted abstracts are also invited to publish their full text versions in either selected or preferred journals in collaboration with the ICPRP conference or ICPRP Proceeding.

The abstracts can be submitted under the following scientific areas:
- Pharmaceutical Sciences* (Submission Code: PS)
- Clinical Pharmacy and Therapeutics (Code: CPT)
- Digital Pharmacy and Artificial Intelligence (Code: DPAI)
- Social Pharmacy and Pharmacy Education (Code: SPPE)
Note. * = The field of Pharmaceutical Sciences encompasses a range of research interests, including but not limited to drug development, pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacology, toxicology, biochemistry, pharmacognosy, and microbiology.
To submit the abstract, please adhere to the following guidelines
Abstract guidelines
Content and Format:
- Abstracts should consist of at least 150 words and not exceed 300 words in total (excluding Name and Address).
- Each abstract should include the following components: Title, Author(s) and Presenter(s), and abstract text comprising a brief introduction (including objectives), methods, results, and conclusions of your work. Please refrain from including tables, graphs, or images.
- Utilize the provided template for abstract preparation.
- The presenting author must ensure that all co-authors are acquainted with the abstract’s content prior to submission.
- We strongly emphasize ethical conduct in academic pursuits. Therefore, any instance of plagiarism will be deemed unacceptable academic misconduct and will be dealt with accordingly.
Abstract Submission :
Once your abstract is prepared, please submit it in either Doc or Docx format, naming the file as “Presentation Type Code_Presenter’s Name_Code Topic/Themes” (e.g., OP_SPPE_Andy). Presentation types include “OP” for oral presentation and “PP” for poster presentation. Please send the abstract through ICPRP websystem: login here or click here to register.
Please note that the committee reserves the right to modify the submitted scientific topic/theme. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.
Accepted abstracts will be included in the abstract book distributed to all conference attendees at the registration desk on the conference day. Should you encounter any issues with electronic abstract submission, please reach out to us at [[email protected]].
FULL TEXT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- After the initial review of abstracts, the committee will contact the authors interested in publishing their full text via email, recommending a journal.
- Authors will be asked to complete their full text according to the format of the selected journal and must submit it to the respective journal within 10 days of the announcement
- Authors must ensure compliance with the guidelines of each journal, available on our website of journal partners.
- Full papers should not be concurrently under review elsewhere. Please complete the statement letter from the provided link in the email and upload it to confirm your submission.
- The scientific committee of the 5th ICPRP is not involved in the decision-making process for published articles in the journal. The acceptance of full papers in the recommended journals is at the discretion of the respective journals.
