Content and Format:
- Abstracts should consist of at least 150 words and not exceed 300 words in total (excluding Name and Address).
- Each abstract should include the following components: Title, Author(s) and Presenter(s), and abstract text comprising a brief introduction (including objectives), methods, results, and conclusions of your work. Please refrain from including tables, graphs, or images.
- Utilize the provided template for abstract preparation.
- The presenting author must ensure that all co-authors are acquainted with the abstract’s content prior to submission.
- We strongly emphasize ethical conduct in academic pursuits. Therefore, any instance of plagiarism will be deemed unacceptable academic misconduct and will be dealt with accordingly.
Abstract Submission :
Once your abstract is prepared, please submit it in either Doc or Docx format, naming the file as “Presentation Type Code_Presenter’s Name_Code Topic/Themes” (e.g., OP_SPPE_Andy). Presentation types include “OP” for oral presentation and “PP” for poster presentation. Please send the abstract through ICPRP websystem: login here or click here to register.
Please note that the committee reserves the right to modify the submitted scientific topic/theme. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.
