- Poster Size and Style :
- The poster board should be prepared for portrait style.
- The poster itself should be A2 size: 42 cm (width) and 59.4 cm (height) or 16.5 x 23.4 inches.
- Content Preparation :
- Prepare the poster as one piece.
- The title, authors, and institutions must match what was submitted in the abstract and should be listed at the top of the poster.
- The title is printed in bold and includes the authors’ affiliations and email addresses.
- Highlight the authors’ names and contact information for viewers who want more information.
- Please write the code of poster, for example PP01.
- Layout :
- Arrange sections vertically, not horizontally.
- Ensure the presentation is clear, orderly, and self-explanatory.
- Content Organization :
- Include headings like Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, References, and Acknowledgments.
- Make sure text, illustrations, and labels are readable from a distance of one meter.
- Use single-spaced text with a font size of at least 32.
- Keep the text concise and easy to read.
- Additional Tips :
- Do not laminate your poster to make sure it can be recycled.
- Presentation Times :
- Please prepare to present during lunch break (12:00 pm)
- Role of the Poster Presenter:
- Answer questions from other participants
- Provide A4 copies of the poster for attendees (optional)

9. On Registration Day :
- Visit the Registration Desk to pick up your double-sided tape.
- Staff will be on hand to assist with locating your poster, ordering extra equipment, providing supplies like push pins, tape, and scissors, and answering any general questions.
- Please mount your poster on the board with that number by 7:30 AM on 14th September 2024.
- Additional Instructions :
- We recommend that participants display their posters for the entire conference, starting display at 9:00 AM on September 14th, 2024, and taking them down by 4:00 PM the same day.
- Any posters left after this time will be removed and disposed of by the conference team if not collected.
- Poster presenters should be available by their posters during breaks and designated poster sessions.
