Oral Presentation Guideline ICPRP 2024

• All presenters are required to upload their PowerPoint slides to their participants’ account 5 days before the conference day (by September 9, 2024).
• Presentations should be in English and prepared in .ppt/.pptx format only.
• The first slide of the presentation should include the presentation title, registration code for presentation, name(s) of the author(s), and the affiliation/s of the author/s.
• It is recommended to use light or dark consisted background throughout the presentation.
• Font colors should be in readable color and size to achieve good contrast to the background color.
• Photographs and videos should be of adequate resolution.
• Please upload your file through your participant account and name the file as follows: Type and number of presentation code, followed by the first name and the rest of the name of the presenter. For example, OP01_Karina Eka Sari.
• Maximum file size allowed of 5 Mb
• On the day of the presentation, presenters should arrive at the oral presentation room at least 10 minutes before their session starts. No changes to the slides will be allowed at that time.
• The presentation should last no more than 5 minutes, followed by a 2-minute discussion session. Please prepare your slides to fit within the time allocation.
• The committee will signal twice: once when there are 2 minutes remaining and again when time is up.
• Presenters are required to stay in the seminar room for the entire session.
